These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the platform operated by FAIRYDREAM EVENTS AND TOURS PRIVATE LIMITED (“FairyDream”) through the website www.enjoyafairytale.com (“Website” or “Platform”).

By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. FairyDream may update these terms at any time; significant changes will be communicated by email or other reasonable means.

1. Description of services

FairyDream provides a platform that connects:

• Indian wedding couples (“Hosts”) with

• International travelers (“Guests”)

who wish to experience an authentic Indian wedding.

Hosts create a wedding profile (“Wedding”). Guests may book participation in that wedding.

FairyDream does not organize, plan or operate weddings.
We solely provide the technical infrastructure to facilitate connections and bookings.

2. Role of FairyDream

FairyDream:

• Provides the platform

• Facilitates payments on behalf of the host

• Is not a contractual party between host and guest

• Assumes no responsibility for the execution, safety, quality, organization or content of the wedding

Hosts bear full responsibility for delivering the experience they describe

3. Registration & accounts

A user account is required to access key functions.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Keep their password confidential

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  
  

Age requirements:

• Users must be at least 18 years old.

• Minor guests may only attend if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  
  

4. Mobile use & communication

FairyDream may communicate with you via:

• Email

• SMS

• WhatsApp

Hosts and guests must provide accurate contact information to ensure they can be reached by all participants.

5. Responsibilities of hosts

By creating a wedding profile, hosts confirm that:

• All information provided is truthful

• They have the right to invite guests

• They appoint at least one “Guest Buddy”

• They communicate promptly with guests

• The experience will be delivered as described

FairyDream recommends obtaining appropriate liability insurance.

FairyDream is not responsible for:

• The behavior of the host, family members or service providers
  
  

• Delays, cancellations or organizational issues

6. Bookings & payments

Guests pay:

• FairyDream service fee (fixed fee per guest and day)

• Host contribution (optional fee chosen by the host and paid out to the host)
  
  

Payments are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment provider.

Hosts:

Hosts may choose during registration whether to request a host contribution.

Payouts:

• Typically within 7 days after the wedding

• Actual bank processing times may take several weeks

• The payout of the host contribution is made net of applicable statutory taxes, including goods and services tax (GST)

• FairyDream is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank fees

Private payments outside the platform are prohibited and not covered by FairyDream.

7. Cancellations & refunds

Guest cancellations

• ≥ 30 days before the wedding: 50% refund

• < 30 days before the wedding: no refund
  
  

Host Cancellations

• Guests receive a full refund (including host contribution)

• FairyDream may attempt to offer alternative options
  
  

Force majeure

In cases such as severe weather, political events, or other emergencies, FairyDream is not liable but will strive to assist where possible.

8. Code of conduct

The following actions are prohibited:

• Offensive or inappropriate content harassment or endangerment of others

• Disrespect toward cultural rituals

• Uploading copyrighted media without permission

FairyDream may remove content or suspend accounts due to violations.

9. Disclaimer

FairyDream makes no guarantees regarding:

• The safety, quality or availability of any wedding

• The conduct of hosts, guests or third parties

• Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Indian law.

10. Media rights (photos & videos)

IMPORTANT: legally sound & internationally valid

Hosts

By uploading media (photos or videos), hosts grant FairyDream a:

• Non-exclusive

• Worldwide

• Royalty-free

• Perpetual

license to use such media for:

• Display on the website

• Social media

• Advertising campaigns

• Press & PR

• Marketing materials

Guests

By booking through the Platform, Guests consent that photos/videos taken of them during the wedding may be used by FairyDream for the same purposes.

Right to withdraw consent

Hosts and Guests may withdraw consent at any time by emailing: contact@enjoyafairytale.com

FairyDream will remove media unless:

• Legal obligations require retention

• The material has already been widely published

• Removal is technically not feasible
  
  

11. Account deletion & suspension

FairyDream may suspend accounts in cases of:

• Violations of these terms

• Suspected fraud

• Misuse of the platform

Users may request deletion of their accounts at any time.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by Indian law

• Jurisdiction, where legally permissible: Pune, Maharashtra, India

• Contract language: English
